Mix all No.1 ingredients together with a food processor for creamy hummus if need some adjustments for the taste of your choice.
Here I didn't use because it will come in tahini sauce as toppings.
Then grilled the mushrooms and tomatoes
With lemon wedge also.for the nice grill flavours,
Just season these vegetables with salt and crush pepper.then toast the bread
Arrange in a plate and make some circles of tahini sauce on top of the plate and bread
Arrange nicely the hummus on top and tahini sauce
Also vegetables.in middle Arabic cream.here you can used poached eggs also by your choice.but i use cream for nice creamy taste
Then the top some pistachio crumble for crunchiness and Duqqah for aromatic flavor of Egyptian spices then garnish with olive oil and rocket leaves.
The tahini sauce, Duqqah and pistachio crumble will come soon as next blogs..
