Simple meaning about gastronomy is"the practice or Art of choosing,cooking and  eating good food"

The explanation, gastronomy is study of the relationship between food and culture,art of preparing , serving rich and delicate and apatizing food ,a style of cooking perticular region and the science of good eating.

We prove the mentioned meaning like relationship between food and culture,in our kitchen staff also same ,India, Philippine, srilanka,bengladesh,south Africa, keniya...

The food we choose in different countries.we are serving mostly Mediterranean and western but including other regions items also especially we can check one dish,Sweet potato keema I can show the picture here..

See this plating ,we serve like this ,mashed sweet potato beef keema mix with same then egg,bread and herbal salad.by my knowledge keema from India but as a Indian we are not make keema with sweet potato,we add some green peas and serving with our typical bread like chapathi,roti Nan...

Really happy to do something like what your seeing in the picture of keema.same we are planning to do .as a chef need to explore something special, special food special mix .When I start the job just know the Indian cuisine ,Indian cuisine have wide range of opportunities and somany items we handle,Indian food is colourful aromatic and tasty

But when I start in Gastronomy i realise we can do something simple and better way and good items.now people are searching special food the main important is healthy and tasty..both can find in our special food.

When i type these all i feel skip from what I plan to write here but just go ahead,let's see where it is going and end...
