French delicious toast

 Choco hazelnut butter toast The is a delicious French toast rolls with chocolate and hazelnut butter and fruits. It was creamy runny chocolate, with other ingredients it's looks nice and taste is amazing.it was made chef Stefan but the presentation was different,so i try this presentation like my way. It's not hard work,simple but some extra ingredients are here.  This was accidentally happened,i try something to make green color but finally it change to something else. Anyway i like this,so i just continue. Why I put this name?! Because of the Greek salad.Greek salad is a combination of tomatoes,olives,onion and feta cheese.and here i use lebneh also ,the lebneh as we discussed in last post it is a strained yogurt,Greek yogurt also strained yogurt,so totally greek.is it confusing?!ya may be there chance,so just go to the point.. The lebneh commonly used Palestine, Lebanese,armanians,syriya etc..it's call Levantine counties.but now a days all the Arabian countries most popular dairy item...  This is my Greek lebneh salad. Lebneh on toast.

 Actually I planning do the continuation of oatmeal,but I saw a video which is i post in youtube, it's so simple and easy so i just want to mention it here in my blog. The lebneh is strained yogurt ,it is thick consistency add with olive oil lemon juice and salt. Mostly it's used in Mediterranean cuisine.And it's call Greek yogurt also but not both are different by the thickness and taste . The lebneh we can prepare at home very easy ,just try!! Lebneh we can use in many dishes like with salad ,on toast,plain, sandwiches etc ..  The great oatmeal When I start make granola the first time I just surprised,it was so crunchy and tasty ,i thought it is just a snacks items but later i realised it is not only a snack but also one of the best breakfast in the world.in my previous restaurant we made musli.but the musli almost same as granola because it's included oat,nuts and dry fruits but it looks like non cooked oat like this So I plan to discuss about the granola today. I try some different type of granola like oat with egg white and without egg ,and savoury granola and dry tropical fruits granola as well.
