Lebneh on toast.

 Actually I planning do the continuation of oatmeal,but I saw a video which is i post in youtube, it's so simple and easy so i just want to mention it here in my blog.

The lebneh is strained yogurt ,it is thick consistency add with olive oil lemon juice and salt. Mostly it's used in Mediterranean cuisine.And it's call Greek yogurt also but not both are different by the thickness and taste .

The lebneh we can prepare at home very easy ,just try!! Lebneh we can use in many dishes like with salad ,on toast,plain, sandwiches etc ..

Now we can casually discuss about the toast,you can use any toast plain white bread, brioche,brown slice,or oats bread etc..but here I use sour dough bread.just go for the ingredients.

* Avocado

*Poached egg

*Micro greens

*Pomegranate

*Kalamatha olive oil or normal olive oil

*Molden salt or any as you like

*Black pepper powder

*Lemon wedge.

The process you can see in the video,just visit my channel i will give the link as last line.

The presentation- First arrange all the mice en place ,whip the lebneh with pinch of salt and black pepper powder

In the meanwhile make a poached eggs,after little simmer the water add very little white vinegar in the water then break the egg , slowly place in water ,make sure what not boil ,after place the egg off the flame.

Whipped lebneh done make avocado past with lemon juice and salt & pepper.

Toast the bread,wash and keep the micro herbs and break the pomegranate pears ,once the bread toasted spread the lebneh on it then spread the avocado past, place the egg on top,add micro herbs then add some pomegranate pears now little seasoning with molden salt and black pepper crush ,casually  drezzling oil all over the plate last put the  lemon wedge..done
