       BEETROOT HUMMUS ON ARABIC BREAD After a long time i start my blog writing again.I hope from here I can continue without any interrupt.inshah allah.  It was an accidentally maded ,one of my colleague birthday he like something for lunch like savoury food,so I just try this because our team like my hummus. Ingredients. 1 For hummus  *Boiled beetroot 250gm *Chick peas 750 gm *Tahina 150gm *Olive oil 100 gm *Lemon juice 100 gm *Cumin powder 20gm *Salt for taste *Some ice cubes *Garlic optional 2 For grill vegetables *Shimiji mashroom *Cherry 🍒 tomatoes *Lemon wedge 3 Arabic bread 4 Tahini sauce 5 Arabic cream 6 Baby rocka for garnish 7 Pistachios crumble  8 Duqqah 9 Olive oil kalamatha.  Mix all No.1 ingredients together with a food processor for creamy hummus if need some adjustments for the taste of your choice. French delicious toast

 Choco hazelnut butter toast The is a delicious French toast rolls with chocolate and hazelnut butter and fruits. It was creamy runny chocolate, with other ingredients it's looks nice and taste is amazing.it was made chef Stefan but the presentation was different,so i try this presentation like my way. It's not hard work,simple but some extra ingredients are here. Greek lebneh salad

 This was accidentally happened,i try something to make green color but finally it change to something else. Anyway i like this,so i just continue. Why I put this name?! Because of the Greek salad.Greek salad is a combination of tomatoes,olives,onion and feta cheese.and here i use lebneh also ,the lebneh as we discussed in last post it is a strained yogurt,Greek yogurt also strained yogurt,so totally greek.is it confusing?!ya may be there chance,so just go to the point.. The lebneh commonly used Palestine, Lebanese,armanians,syriya etc..it's call Levantine counties.but now a days all the Arabian countries most popular dairy item...  This is my Greek lebneh salad. Lebneh on toast.

 Actually I planning do the continuation of oatmeal,but I saw a video which is i post in youtube, it's so simple and easy so i just want to mention it here in my blog. The lebneh is strained yogurt ,it is thick consistency add with olive oil lemon juice and salt. Mostly it's used in Mediterranean cuisine.And it's call Greek yogurt also but not both are different by the thickness and taste . The lebneh we can prepare at home very easy ,just try!! Lebneh we can use in many dishes like with salad ,on toast,plain, sandwiches etc ..  The great oatmeal When I start make granola the first time I just surprised,it was so crunchy and tasty ,i thought it is just a snacks items but later i realised it is not only a snack but also one of the best breakfast in the world.in my previous restaurant we made musli.but the musli almost same as granola because it's included oat,nuts and dry fruits but it looks like non cooked oat like this So I plan to discuss about the granola today. I try some different type of granola like oat with egg white and without egg ,and savoury granola and dry tropical fruits granola as well. Here just going to discuss normal one with the health benefits and defect..  Just continue.. Simple meaning about gastronomy is"the practice or Art of choosing,cooking and  eating good food" The explanation, gastronomy is study of the relationship between food and culture,art of preparing , serving rich and delicate and apatizing food ,a style of cooking perticular region and the science of good eating. We prove the mentioned meaning like relationship between food and culture,in our kitchen staff also same ,India, Philippine, srilanka,bengladesh,south Africa, keniya... The food we choose in different countries.we are serving mostly Mediterranean and western but including other regions items also especially we can check one dish,Sweet potato keema I can show the picture here..    Hi am chef salim, I am really happy to hear as chef, because I came in this field as very passionately,i really wasn't know what happen inside the kitchen in a restaurant.As a outside viewer it was a nice job and profession but after my culinary class,i  realise in my training period in a five star hotel(The Leela Hotel) it is hardest time for not only me all the trainees..but it teach and make me a chef ... Just start to dream.. My first official job as a chef star in Qatar Mr.muhammed al kuwairi given the chance to join with his cafe name is Gastronomy. Yes now I want know what is it and why he give the name as gastronomy.just casually i search about him he also very very big passionate guy ,so i learnt many things from him i really want to give the picture of my gastronomy cafe  Gastronomy.qa This is make me as a chef gastrosalim I start write more from here and details about the gastronomy in my knowledge,not about cafe🙂 The next pages coming soon..
